EA Sports FC 27 is officially scheduled to launch worldwide on September 25, 2026. With the new game approaching, players are already preparing their Ultimate Team clubs, planning their squads, and looking for the best ways to build their collections with FC 27 Coins. Early Access Details
Players who purchase the Ultimate Edition or Ultimate Plus Edition can start playing up to seven days before the standard release. Early access begins on September 18, 2026, giving premium-edition owners an important head start in Ultimate Team and other available modes.
EA Play members will also have access to a 10-hour early access trial beginning September 18. Meanwhile, EA Play Pro subscribers can access the EA Play Pro Edition from launch of the early-access period.
Platforms
FC 27 is coming to a wide range of platforms. The game will be available on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2. PC players can access the game through the EA app, Steam, and Epic Games Store, although the Ultimate Plus Edition has some platform restrictions.
The Grounds, one of FC 27's new social-focused experiences, is available on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Nintendo Switch 2. Older console versions therefore do not receive every feature found in the current-generation editions.
Pre-Orders and Editions
Pre-orders opened on July 23, 2026. The Standard Edition provides the core FC 27 experience, while the Ultimate Edition adds up to seven days of early access, an 85+ OVR International ICON, 6,000 FC Points, and additional Ultimate Team and Career Mode content.
The limited-time Ultimate Plus Edition offers the biggest package. It includes up to seven days of early access, Premium Passes for Seasons 1-5, and up to 10,000 FC Points distributed across five monthly drops. However, this edition is only available to pre-order through August 31, 2026.
